✂️ Recently, the Greater Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce had the honor of cutting the ribbon at @colonial.iron.gym!

💪 Open 24 hours a day, Colonial Iron Gym is dedicated to traditional bodybuilding and weightlifting. Equipped with high-quality machines, free weights, dumbbells, and cardio equipment, they cater to fitness enthusiasts of all levels.

✨While on active duty with the Marine Corps, owner Joey Welday began exploring the gym space. After a year of negotiations and renovations, Colonial Iron Gym opened in 2023. He ran the business while still serving in Virginia Beach until retiring in 2024.

🤝”What excites me most is creating a community. I’ve seen great relationships formed in Colonial Iron Gym and that’s a very rewarding feeling. Providing a safe space and a positive outlet for the community has been one of the greatest achievements of my life.” - Joey Welday
